We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund your money within 30 days.
How Returns Work:
With Receipt or Account Lookup:
- Return items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
- We'll process your refund to your original payment method
- Free returns on defective items (we cover return shipping)
- Non-defective returns: customer responsible for return shipping
Without Receipt or Account Information:
- Original receipt required to process returns
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
We Reserve the Right To:
- Decline returns from customers with a pattern of abuse or misuse of our return policy
- Require proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement, or account lookup)
- We may offer store credit or refunds at our discretion for items showing signs of use
Holiday Extended Returns: Purchases made November 1 - December 31 can be returned through January 31 for full refund or exchange.
Authorized Dealer & Warranty: We are an authorized dealer for Fender, Taylor, Yamaha, and many other leading brands. Every product we sell comes with the full manufacturer warranty. If something isn't right, just contact us and we'll make it right.
