Below you'll find answers to common questions about shipping, returns, and in-store services at The Pied Piper Music Store serving musicians in New Albany, Ohio, Charleston, West Virginia, and throughout the continental United States.


Shipping FAQs

Does The Pied Piper Music Store offer free shipping? Yes most orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping to addresses in the continental United States. If your order qualifies, it will be clearly marked at checkout. Please note that some items ,due to size, weight, or other limitations  are available for local pickup only at our New Albany, Ohio or Charleston, West Virginia showrooms. These items will be clearly marked as local pickup only.

Are there items that cannot ship for free due to size or weight?

Yes  certain oversized or heavy items such as large keyboards, amplifiers, drum kits, and other bulky instruments cannot qualify for free shipping due to carrier size and weight restrictions. For these items we will provide you with a shipping quote before your order is processed. If you prefer not to pay for shipping on these items, free in-store pickup is always available at either of our showroom locations:

Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout or call us and we'll have your order ready when you arrive.

Where do you ship? We ship to addresses in the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. For local customers in New Albany, Gahanna, Westerville, Dublin, Powell, Pickerington, Pataskala, and surrounding central Ohio communities free in-store pickup is always available.

How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days depending on your location. For time-sensitive orders before a gig, a recital, or a church service please call us at 614-259-7611 and we'll do everything we can to help.

What if I need my item sooner? Call us directly at 614-259-7611 or email alevine@thepiedpipermusicstore.com with your shipping address and the specific item you need. We'll let you know if expedited shipping is available.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I pick up my order in store? Yes free in-store pickup is available at both locations. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
