The NYXL45130MS brings D'Addario's NY Steel technology to a 5-string multi-scale set, giving you the tuning stability and break resistance that NYXL is known for in a string that actually fits your instrument.

Built on a high-carbon NY Steel core with nickel-plated steel wrap wire, these strings deliver a bright, punchy tone with strong fundamental response across all five strings. The 45-130 gauge gives you enough tension to feel solid under your fingers without fighting the instrument, and the Fusion Twist ball end locks in at the bridge so you're not dealing with slippage mid-set.

If you've been settling for whatever multi-scale strings you could find, this is the upgrade. Better materials & better construction.

We stock these at The Pied Piper of New Albany and our Charleston showroom, and they ship fast to bass players across Columbus, Westerville, Dublin, Gahanna, Powell, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, Pataskala, Johnstown, and the broader central Ohio market.
