The Fender Standard Stratocaster is not a beginner guitar dressed up to look like a Strat. It is a Strat. Same scale length, same body contours, same five way switching, same tremolo system that players have been using since 1954. The Modern C neck profile is comfortable for most hand sizes and the 9.5 inch radius fingerboard is flat enough to bend without fretting out. The laurel fingerboard plays smooth and the medium jumbo frets give you enough meat to work with without feeling chunky. This is a guitar you can gig, record, and practice on without fighting it.

Three Pickups, Five Positions, One Classic Voice

The ceramic single coil pickups cover the full Strat tonal map. The bridge is bright and punchy for cutting through a mix. The neck is warm and round for clean leads and rhythm work.
