If you play punk, pop punk, or any kind of high gain rhythm guitar, this setup makes complete sense. No pickup selector to accidentally bump on stage. No tone knob to fiddle with. Just plug in and play loud.

The Invader is one of the highest output passive humbuckers Seymour Duncan makes. It is thick, aggressive, and built for chunky power chords and crunchy riffs. The treble bleed circuit keeps the high end present when you roll back the volume, which means you can clean up slightly without losing the character of the pickup. The hardtail bridge with block saddles locks in intonation and adds sustain without the tuning instability of a floating tremolo.
