The Vic Firth 12 inch Single Sided Practice Pad gives you somewhere to work on chops when you can't sit at the kit, whether it is late at night or you just want to grind rudiments in front of the TV.
The soft rubber surface feels close to a drumhead with good rebound, and it stays quiet even when you dig in. It sits on a wooden base with a grip on the bottom, so it won't slide around on a table, a drum or your lap. At 12 inches it also fits most snare stands, so you can practice at the same height you play.
