TransAcoustic technology uses a proprietary actuator system inside the body to physically vibrate the wood and produce reverb, chorus, and delay without an amp, without pedals, and without cables. You engage the reverb and feel it resonating through the solid spruce top under your hands. The chorus shimmers through the wood. The delay pulses from the mahogany back and sides. It is a physical experience as much as a sonic one and it genuinely has to be felt to be understood.

The all solid construction is what separates this guitar from anything in its class. The solid Sitka spruce top is treated with Yamaha's A.R.E. process which replicates decades of natural aging to give the wood the resonance and responsiveness of a vintage instrument right out of the case. The Natural finish lets the grain of that spruce top speak for itself in its most honest and beautiful form. Solid mahogany back and sides add warmth and harmonic richness that deepens with every hour you play it. This is not a laminate guitar with premium electronics.
