TransAcoustic Technology Is Not a Gimmick

It is a proprietary actuator system inside the body that physically vibrates the wood to produce reverb, chorus, and delay completely unplugged. No amp. No pedals. No cables. You engage the reverb and you feel it resonating through the solid spruce top under your hands. The chorus shimmers through the wood. The delay pulses from the mahogany back and sides. It is a genuinely different experience from anything else in acoustic guitar and it has to be felt to be fully understood. That is why we always say come in and play it before you decide.

All Solid Construction With A.R.E. Treated Spruce

The solid Sitka spruce top is treated with Yamaha's A.R.E. process which replicates decades of natural aging to give the wood the resonance and responsiveness of a vintage instrument right out of the case. Solid mahogany back and sides add warmth, balance, and rich harmonic complexity that only improves with time and playing. This is not a laminate guitar with premium features bolted on. Every piece of wood is solid and the tone will deepen and open up the more you play it.

The built in looper with tap sensor lets you layer parts and build arrangements without any additional gear. Bluetooth audio streaming lets you play along with backing tracks wirelessly. The high fidelity pickup system captures your acoustic tone faithfully when you do plug in. The magnetic rechargeable battery keeps everything running cleanly without interrupting the guitar's elegant aesthetic. The concert body with cutaway gives you full upper fret access without sacrificing the balanced tone that makes this guitar so musical.
