Planet Z gets real cymbals on a first kit without piecing them together one at a time. This pack is the standard setup: 14 inch hi-hats, a 16 inch crash and a 20 inch ride.
Zildjian voices Planet Z bright and cutting with a shorter sustain, which works well for students and for rock and pop. A pair of Zildjian 5A drumsticks comes in the box too. If your beginner kit came with stock cymbals, this is a common next step.
