If a 5B feels like more stick than you need, these Zildjian Z Custom LE 5A Gold Chroma drumsticks give you a slimmer option with a familiar 16 inch length. The .560 inch shaft and medium taper make them worth considering when you want a middle ground rather than a heavier stick.

These are USA hickory sticks with wood tips. If you already play a 5A, compare those dimensions with your current pair to see how they line up. The Gold Chroma finish and Z Custom artwork are the visual difference here, a limited edition design celebrating the return of Z Custom and 30 years of the players behind it.
